Production of Vaccines, Antibiotics, Antisera etc.

The  fact  that   bacteria or viruses  have a tendency to multiply in number in favourable conditions  is used  effectively  in the industry  for vaccine production. Alternatively the metabolites of these organisms are retained for antibiotics or exotoxines. In view of the growing market potential of vaccines antibiotics antisera and certain chemicals through fermentation method there is good demand for these products for this application.
