SOYA PEPTONE

It is manufactured by controlled enzymatic digestion of Soya bean meal. It is further purified, concentrated and spray dried. It is certified suitable industrial fermentations. It is recommended for the cultivation of a large variety of organisms including fungi. As it contains natural carbohydrates of Soyabean, it is suitable in all microbiological methods where in carbohydrates do not interfere.
