MALT EXTRACT PASTE

Dry Malt Extract is sometimes called DME contains less than 3% moisture and can be properly stored for up to 4 years as per studies. Introducing liquid Malt Extract into a slowly moving band passing through the vacuum makes dried Malt Extract. Drying occurs with the circulation of hot air through this moving bed of material. The vacuum allows evaporation to happen at a lower temperature and aids the extract to puff. Malt Extract is an essential ingredient for the manufacture of nutritious food having high value of Vitamins and Proteins.
